This LAND sale is split into two phases, each with its own purchasing system. You’re free to join one or take part in both.

Phase one features bid-to-earn auctions powered by GBM, where each LAND has a set start and end date. The highest bidder at the end wins the LAND. Learn more about GBM auctions here.

Phase two shifts to a first-come, first-served model, allowing you to purchase any available Standard or Premium LAND as soon as the sale opens.

During phase one (auctions), you choose the LAND you want, connect your wallet, and place your bid. You can bid on multiple LANDs at once and place multiple bids on the same LAND.

During phase two (sales), choose between Standard or Premium LAND, sign the transaction, and your new LAND will appear in your wallet within minutes. Need more than one? Simply repeat the process for each additional purchase.

All LANDs on sale belong to the same neighborhood and can be viewed directly on The Sandbox Map. There’s no purchase limit; buy as much as you like while supplies last!

No. If outbid, you can bid again (and have the opportunity to be rewarded again for bidding).

Your account must not be banned. Users flagged for suspicious or fraudulent activity, such as bot usage during Seasons, may be disqualified.

LAND sales start and end at 2 p.m.

Once started, there might be other dates and time for subsequent batches. In any case, the dates are displayed on the LAND sale websites.

We announce upcoming LAND sales over social media, on our home page and directly on The Sandbox Map. Users registered for our email marketing will also receive communications when a new LAND sale is coming.

Yes, provided the wallet you used to purchase the LAND is linked to a The Sandbox account, you’ve provided a valid email address, and you’ve agreed to be contacted.

We distribute digital rewards via claims to your account, and we use your email to collect delivery information for any physical rewards.

For auctions, rewards for being outbid are distributed immediately.

For sales, referral and cashback rewards will be available as claims on your The Sandbox account within two weeks after the sale ends.

Digital rewards are distributed within a few weeks after the sale ends. Physical rewards may take up to three months to arrive.

Premium LAND comes with exclusive perks you won’t get anywhere else. Only Premium LAND Owners receive the coveted branded asset pack from major partners. Premium LANDs are also prioritized for drops and claims, including past and upcoming CATALYST distributions.

Most importantly, Premium LAND offers better visibility. On The Sandbox Map, they’re positioned next to major brands. In both the Experience Gallery and the Game Client’s recommendation screens, Premium LAND Experiences appear before Standard ones when ratings are equal, meaning more traffic and more Players for your content.

Unfortunately, due to geopolitical & technical circumstances, we cannot deliver physical goods to Syria, Russia, Ukraine, North Korea, Iran, Sudan, Yemen, Somalia & Irak.

This step is required by current regulations to ensure a safe and trustworthy environment for everyone.

Standard LAND is priced at 1,011 SAND, while Premium LAND costs 4,683 SAND during direct sales.

Auction prices, however, are dynamic and fluctuate based on bidding activity.

Some programs, like the new referral system, can help lower the cost of your purchase.

For auctions, gas fees are required, but since we operate on Polygon, these fees are very low.

For other types of sales, The Sandbox offers 10 free Polygon transactions per month.

If you’ve already used your monthly free transactions, make sure your wallet has some POL before proceeding.

During auctions, you choose the specific LAND or estate you want, including its exact coordinates and type (Standard, Premium, or Estate).

For direct sales, you can choose the type of LAND—Standard or Premium—but the exact location will be randomly assigned within the designated neighborhood of the LAND sale.

Yes, you can still get LAND.

If you’re interested in receiving a full reward bundle, including digital and physical perks, it’s best to wait for the next official LAND sale when new perks and items will be released.

To bridge SAND from Ethereum to Polygon, you can enter the Bridge section in your account https://www.sandbox.game/me/bridge/.

On the left, you’ll see your SAND balance on Ethereum.

You can bridge SAND to Polygon by clicking "Deposit."

After the transaction is approved, it may take between 3-10 minutes for the metadata to be updated.
