TSB enables users to lockup SAND in one or more staking programs (the “Staking Services”). More information regarding the Staking Services is available here. Before you use or participate in any of the Staking Services, you must agree to these Staking Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Staking Terms of Use, you may not access or use the Staking Services.

User Restrictions

TSB reserves the right to choose markets and jurisdictions to conduct business, and may restrict or refuse, in its discretion, the provision of the Staking Service in certain countries or regions. The Staking Services are not available in certain countries or regions subject to sanctions and other limitations. 

In addition to the prohibitions on use set forth in the The Sandbox Terms of Use, the Staking Services are not available in the United States of America or the United Kingdom. By using the Staking Services, you represent that you are not a citizen or legal resident of the U.S. or the United Kingdom. TSB may further restrict access to and/or the availability of the Staking Services for users in any jurisdiction where such services may be prohibited.

We do not provide legal, tax, financial or investment advice. You should consult a qualified professional before making any financial decision. The Staking Services do not constitute an investment nor investment advice nor a solicitation to buy, hold, invest in, own or use SAND, NFTs or any other digital asset. We make no representations about the quality or suitability of the Staking Services for anyone, and you assume all risk of loss associated with use of the Staking Services. 

Participation in the Staking Services involves the risk of loss, including impermanent loss. Cryptography and blockchain-based systems are evolving technologies with unique risks and this could result in the theft or loss of any or all of your assets as part of the Staking Services. 

We do not control the market or value of SAND or any other digital assets. Your staked assets may lose all value while you are participating in the Staking Services. You should not participate in the Staking Services unless you are willing and able to bear a complete loss of value of your staked SAND or other digital assets.

It is your responsibility to determine whether, how and to what extent your intended use of the Staking Services will be technically and legally possible in the areas of the world where you intend to use them. You are advised to verify any information before using it for any personal, financial or business purpose. 

Changes

TSB may modify the Staking Services at any time without advance notice, and TSB shall have no obligation to notify you of any changes to the Staking Service. You are responsible for regularly reviewing the Staking Services offered by The Sandbox.
