We redesigned our LAND Sale experience to give users more chances of buying LAND.

Users will need to sign up for a raffle in order to get a chance of winning a place in our allowlist at the upcoming LAND Sale. Only users in the allowlist will be able to buy 1, and only 1 LAND over the minting period.

Users in the allowlist will be able to buy 1, and only 1 LAND over the minting period. There will be 1 allowlist spot for each LAND available, every user who wins the raffle gets a chance of buying LAND. Users in the allowlist will be able to buy 1 random LAND (based on the raffle they joined: Premium Raffle, Regular Raffle). Users will be able to join one, or both raffles, but they will only be able to win either a Premium allowlist spot or Regular allowlist spot, not both.

Once the allowlist LAND Sale ends, the Waiting Line opens up. A second batch of raffle winners will be randomly selected to enter the waiting line. During the LAND Sale waiting line, selected users will get a chance of buying 1 LAND (first come, first serve).

To join the LAND Sale you need to meet the following requirements:

• Account must be verified (KYC);
• At least 1,011 SAND on Polygon if you select Regular Raffle; At least 4,683 SAND on Polygon if you select either Premium Raffle or both Raffles
• Your account is not banned;

Banned accounts: Users who are flagged for suspicious/fraudulent activity, such as bots detected on Season 2 and 3.

We WILL NOT charge users for joining the raffle, we will only check their SAND balance so we make sure users are ready to buy if they win the allowlist spot.

Users need to have a Sandbox account (with wallet linked) and meet the following requirements to be eligible to joining the LAND Sale:

• Account must be verified (KYC);
• At least 1,011 SAND on Polygon if you select Regular Raffle; At least 4,683 SAND on Polygon if you select either Premium Raffle or both Raffles

• Select the raffle you want to join, Regular, Premium or both

No, you don’t need to pay to enter the LAND Sale Raffle. We just check if you have enough SAND (on Polygon) in your wallet (1,011 SAND if you want to join the Regular Raffle, 4,683 SAND if you want to join the Premium Raffle). When you join the LAND Sale Raffle we don’t trigger any transaction.

The more LAND Sale Raffle tickets you have, the more chances of winning the LAND Sale Raffle you get. 1 Ticket = 1 Chance of winning the raffle.

You can get LAND Sale Raffle Tickets + additional Bonus Tickets on each LAND Sale.

LAND Sale Raffle Tickets are granted based on the following rules:

• Signup for the Land Sale Raffle = 1 Ticket
• Reaching Level 5 Season 1 = 20 Raffle Tickets
• Reaching Level 5 Season 2 = 20 Raffle Tickets
• Reaching Level 5 Season 3 = 20 Raffle Tickets

Additionally, you can get Bonus Tickets to increase your chances of winning a place in the allowlist. Bonus Tickets are calculated and granted based on a snapshot we take just before the raffle is processed.

Ticket rules can change from LAND sale to LAND sale. The Sandbox will keep the community updated.

You can increase your chances of winning a place in the allowlist by getting Bonus Tickets.

Bonus Tickets are added to the total amount of LAND Sale Raffle tickets when we take the snapshot just before running the Raffle.

You can check how to get Bonus Tickets by referring to the section “How to get LAND Sale Raffle tickets” above.

Users must meet the following requirements when i) signing up for the raffle, ii) The Sandbox runs the raffle to get the winners:

• Account must be verified (KYC);
• At least 1,011 SAND on Polygon if you select Regular Raffle; At least 4,683 SAND on Polygon if you select either Premium Raffle or both Raffles
• Your account is not banned;

Please note that The Sandbox will not charge you to enter the raffle. Having 1,011 SAND in your wallet only proves that you’ll be able to purchase the LAND if you get selected.

If you win a place in the Allowlist for the LAND Sale, you will be able to mint 1 LAND once the LAND Sale starts. Just make sure you log into your account, and keep an eye https://sandbox.game/landsale to mint your LAND when the LAND Sale starts.

If you win a place in the Waiting Line for LAND Sale, you might get a chance to mint 1 RANDOM LAND after the Allowlist window is over. The amount of LAND available during the Waiting Line LAND Sale will depend on how many LAND were bought by the Allowlist winners. Getting a place in the Waiting Line does not guarentee you will get LAND, many users will try to get the remaining LAND during the Waiting Line. To buy LAND during the Waiting Line window, just make sure you log into your account, and keep an eye on https://sandbox.game/landsale.

As soon as the LAND Sale starts you can enter https://sandbox.game/landsale to buy your LAND. The LAND Sale duration can change from LAND Sale to LAND Sale, please make sure you enter the site on time so you don’t miss this unique opportunity.

No, if you win a place in the allowlist you can not transfer it to another account.

If you have SAND on Ethereum you can bridge into Polygon. Read how you can bridge SAND below or enter https://www.sandbox.game/me/bridge/.

To bridge SAND from Ethereum to Polygon you can enter the bridge section under your https://www.sandbox.game/me/bridge/. On the left you’ll see your SAND balance on Ethereum. You can bridge SAND to Polygon by clicking on Deposit.

To start the verification process go to Account > Settings > Account Verification or access https://www.sandbox.game/me/settings/account-verification/.

All you need is a smartphone (or laptop/tablet) with a camera, an internet connection, a well-lit room and your ID document.

To verify your account you need a Passport, National ID, Driver license or Resident Permit issued by the government.

Your document must:

• Have the 4 corners are clearly visible
• Be in good shape, not damaged, with all information clearly readable
• Be valid: the document is not expired
• Not be handwritten (if the document provided is handwritten, it will be rejected)

The KYC process (Know Your Customer) ensures that a real, physical person is behind the account. It proves that users are who they claim to be. Required by current regulations, identification prevents a person from carrying out activities in the name of another person, using false documents to commit fraud (e.g. money laundering, identity theft, etc.).

The process consists first in a liveness proof, where we verify you are alive and you are a real person applying for the account verification. Then we require you to upload a document ID where we verify your identity.

No, only Verified Accounts can win the LAND Sale Raffle. You can enter the raffle while your account is under verification, but you will only be eligible to win if your account gets verified before the raffle starts.

After the Allowlist minting window is over, any remaining LAND in the LAND Sale Neighborhood will be available for users who won a place in the LAND Sale Waiting Line.

During the LAND Sale Waiting Line period, users who won a place in the Waiting Line will be able to buy (first come, first serve) one of the remaining LAND.

How does it work

Let’s say we have 100 LAND available during the LAND Sale. The LAND Sale Raffle will select 100 winners for the Allowlist and 100 winners for the Waiting Line, all winners will be announced right after the Raffle. You can either win a place in the Allowlist OR in the Waiting line, but not both.

After the Allowlist minting window is over, imagine we had 20 users who did not purchase their LAND in time. 20 LAND will become available during the Waiting Line period.

When the Waiting Line period starts, only any of the 100 users who won a place in the Waiting Line will be able to enter the LAND Type selection step. The 20 fastest will be able to get 1 LAND.

After all LAND is sell out, the LAND Sale will close and no one will be able to access the purchase flow.

No, you just sign up once and your entry is good to get a chance of winning a place in the Allowlist OR in the Waiting Line. Your sign up will only be valid for the current LAND Sale, if you want to join next LAND Sale make sure you sign up again.

The Waiting Line starts after the Allowlist minting window is over. You will see a countdown in the LAND Sale page after the Allowlist is over.

During the Waiting Line period, LAND will be distributed first come first serve among the buyers. The Waiting Line will end as soon as the LAND Sale is sold out.

No, a place in the Allowlist will only give you access to buy LAND during the Allowlist window. If you miss it, you won’t be able to buy during the Waiting Line period.

No, winning a place in the Waiting Line does not guarantee that you will be able to get 1 LAND. There will be more Waiting Line winners than LAND Available, LAND will be distributed first come first serve, so make sure you click buy as soon as the Waiting Line opens.

The amount of LAND available during the Waiting Line period will depend on how many users did not purchase LAND during the Allowlist LAND Sale.

If you win a place in the Allowlist, you will be able to buy 1 guaranteed RANDOM LAND during the Allowlist minting window.

If you win a place in the Waiting Line, you will get a chance of buying 1 RANDOM LAND after the Allowlist minting window is over, and IF there’s any supply left.

Regular LAND costs 1,011 SAND; Premium LAND costs 4,683 SAND.

The LAND Sale will be on Polygon, this means the gas price will be really low. We provide users 10 free transactions on Polygon each month, if you have already used your 10 free transactions make sure you have some MATIC in your wallet before you start the purchase process. You can enable the Glasless transactions feature in your account Settings > Blockchain Settings (https://www.sandbox.game/me/settings/chain/).

No, LAND will be distributed randomly. Even if you entered the Premium raffle, you won’t be able to pick the LAND coordinates. Premium raffle winners will buy a random Premium LAND; Regular raffle winners will buy a random regular LAND.

Waiting Line winners will be able to select the type of LAND they want to purchase when the Waiting Line opens (Regular/Premium), but they won’t be able to choose the exact location.

No, every winner of an Allowlist place will have the chance to buy 1 LAND. We’ll have the same amount of winners as LAND available. If you win a place in the LAND Sale allowlist, you get a guaranteed purchase (as long as you buy before the Allowlist minting window ends). Getting into the allowlist only allows you to buy during the current LAND Sale, and during the Allowlist minting window.

Yes, LAND supply available during the Waiting Line will depend on how many users decided not to buy during the Allowlist minting window. During the Waiting Line, there will be more users than LAND available, and LAND will be assigned first come first serve; this means that not every user that got into the Waiting Line will be able to buy LAND.

LAND will be assigned to the first and fastest users to purchase.

When the LAND Sale starts, all users in the allowlist can access https://sandbox.game/landsale to buy their LAND. Make sure you are logged into your account and click on the BUY LAND button to begin the purchase process.

The allowlist spot is only valid for one LAND Sale. After the LAND Sale ends, if you did not purchase any LAND, all remaining LAND will become available to users in the Waiting Line.

Some users buy LAND as an investment, and might be willing to sell it for profit.

You can find LAND FOR SALE at the Metaverse Map (https://sandbox.game/map/?mode=buyLand). LAND FOR SALE is identified with a price marker, click on the marker to see more details. Clicking on the BUY button will take you to OpenSea Marketplace to close the transaction.

You can search LAND near your favorite Brand, Artist or Company, sort by price and LAND type (regular / premium).

The Allowlist and Waiting Line places are only valid for one LAND Sale. If you want to buy LAND on the next LAND Sale, you need to sign up for the next LAND Sale Raffle.

Yes, if you buy Premium LAND at one of our LAND Sales, you will get an exclusive Premium NFT Bundle. The bundle will not be included in the initial purchase and it will be airdropped to your wallet after the LAND Sale is over.

The Premium NFT Bundle will be sent to the user (wallet) who initially buys the PREMIUM LAND. If that user sells the LAND, the Premium NFT Bundle will still be sent to the original wallet.
